We are currently working with a mid-market private equity fund that requires interim support within the investment team as they are stretched with strong deal-flow and pipeline. You will be working on the below:
- deal structuring / negotiation; execution of new deals portfolio company monitoring and any related transaction work exit processes.
Essential: Experience within a UK/European PE fund, or as an advisor to the PE industry (CDD, FDD, M&A etc). You must be immediately available.
