My client is a truly global organisation operating in over 60 countries, due to continued growth they have a requirement for a finance business partner to join their organisation.
The successful candidate will be the lead finance individual for a business unit worth up to £10 Million, due to this a candidate of both corporate and SME background will be considered.
No Management experience is necessary as all transactional finance is centralised.
Duties will include:
- Commentary of Monthly Management Accounts.
- Support business unit managers to achieve long term growth of unit.
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Liaise with non-finance staff to assist with the growth of the unit.
- Be actively involved with the annual budget preparation process.
- Variance Analysis with commentary.
- Support the Project Managers in understanding their projects.
Person specification:
- Qualified, Part Qualified or QBE
- Excellent commercial skills.
- Ability to communicate with non-finance staff.
- Strong Analytical skills.
