Gleeson are currently recruiting for a Financial planning Analyst, our Client, a high growth equity backed business based in oldbury are seeking a commercially focused qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Financial Planning Analyst to join the successful team. My Client operate in the business services sector and have ambitions to double in size over the next 2 years by organic growth and acquisition.

The Financial planning analyst role will include but not be limited to:

• Manage and influence the business by strong and accurate analysis and clarification of business results
• Produce budgets and manage the forecasting process
• Analyse and observe the planned performances of the business revenue streams
• Maintain successful working relationships with key stakeholders across the business both finance and operations
• Present and deliver information key performance analysis
• build and develop financial models to track business performance

Personal skillset for the Financial Planning Analyst:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (desirable)
• Strong analytical skillset, including advanced excel
• Strong level of verbal & written communication skills
• Previous experience communicating and presenting to senior management & non finance
• Previous experience in a financial Planning Analyst
