Finance Systems Accountant, Watford
£45,000 - £50,000 plus attractive benefits

Our client, a high performing and well-established market leading organisation, is looking to source a hard-working and intelligent Finance Systems Accountant to join their well-established team based in Watford.

Key responsibilities:
*To provide all finance system related period end activities to support the financial reporting process
*To build effective relationships with key internal and external customers & suppliers that supports the wider strategy
*To establish and implement best practices for use of finance systems
*To undertake these processing tasks under the financial control framework ensuring controls are adhered to, monitored and evidenced
*To build an effective super-user community to ensure that the system knowledge is retained and developed
*Other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities to ensure an efficient and effective finance department

The ideal candidate will be educated to 'A' Level or above and be a strong communicator through all levels of finance. Key systems experience will include SQL and Proactis as a minimum, and ideally CODA and TM1. You must be able to demonstrate experience of previous system implementations and possess a positive work ethic.
