Accounts Payable Analyst

Do you have experience of working in a high-volume accounts payable team? A prestigious group with a turnover in excess of £350m are recruiting an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their high achieving and fast paced transactions function.

Reporting into the Accounts Payable Team Lead your duties will include;
-Ensuring supplier creditor ledgers are effectively maintained and controlled.
-Completing the complex weekly and monthly reconciliations on key supplier accounts.
-Building effective customer relationships, maintaining regular communications, meeting with the business areas and suppliers as well as other areas of finance.
-Working with the AP Team Leaders to develop, implement and monitor sound financial control systems, policies and procedures to ensure that the Group's financial services are robust and secure.

To be successful in this role you will need to have experience of dealing with complex processing as part of a fast-paced AP function in a sizeable organisation. You will have an eye for detail, an analytical mind and the ability to build relationships with a broad mix of professionals. To be considered you must have a high level of proficiency in Excel, financial systems and MS office.
