Exciting opportunity to join a leading retail bank based in Edinburgh going through a large transformation within the business change programmes and projects team.

Your new role

An exciting 9 month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension and becoming a permanent position. Reporting directly into the Head of IT/Change Audit, you will be working collaboratively with other team members to support the delivery of the business change programme & projects, annual audit plan by assessing and reporting on the bank's risks and controls. You will be accountable for delivering insightful, accurate and well written reports on the risk management and control frameworks for the bank's functions and processes.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have a background in change audit, or will be eager to broaden your current skill set to develop your career in internal audit.

Key Responsibilites/ Qualifications:

• Relevant qualification preferred: e. CIIA, CISA, ACCA but not essential
• Deliver insightful, accurate and well written reports on the risk management and control framework for relevant bank functions and processes.
• Build, develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders during all audit and non-audit related interactions.
• Influence stakeholders to implement any required improvements in governance, risk management and internal controls.
