Commercial Finance Business Partner

Macildowie Finance are working on an exclusive basis with a well respected Leicestershire based business to recruit a Commercial Finance Business Partner.
Our client is a fast paced and highly dynamic organisation with a proven track record of internal promotions and development planning.
Reporting into the Commercial Finance Manager who has progressed with the organisation over a 10 year career, you will be responsible for supporting Regional commercial teams with the production of KPI's and your performance commentary, budgets, forecasts and decision support analytics.
Your responsibilities will include;

Act as a true Finance Business Partner - delivering reports in a clear and concise manner, helping non finance stakeholder to interpret financial performance metrics.
Variance analysis - highlighting areas for potential improvement and providing commentary on key drivers.
Take a lead on budgeting, planning and forecasting activity for the region, working closely with the operational teams to help decipher information and provide your commentary on variance to plan/budgets.
Cost analysis and reporting - highlighting opportunities to improve business performance through efficiency gains.
Continuous improvement of processes and projects in line with wider business initiatives
Preparation and presentation of key performance statistics to senior level operational stakeholders.

To be considered for this role you must be at either qualified or a minimum of finalist level of either CIMA or ACCA.

The role is perfect opportunity for a candidate who may be in a Management Accountant, Finance Analyst or Finance Manager role and looking to gain further business partnering skills within a fast paced commercial environment.

You must have advanced data manipulation/ Excel skills including Pivots, Look Ups and Ifs.
This role will offer a salary of up to £42,000 plus car allowance, bonus and benefits
