A Part-Qualified - Finalist Financial Accountant for a global financial services organisation in Farnborough

Your new company
You will be working for a internationally recognised, long established financial services organisation, that has seen continuous growth through acquisition and natural growth over the past few years. The company sits in very modern, bright offices, with great facilities for staff. There is no on site parking with this role, but there is on road parking a short walk away, as well as free transport from the two nearest train stations.

Your new role
As a Financial Accountant you will sit within a team of 3 reporting into the Finance Manager in the Central Finance function, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance Manager in centralising the the financial tasks here in the UK, and implementing processes for the future, in line with company policy and standards. You will play a key role in month end, quarterly, and year end reporting on both US and local GAAP, so previous experience is essential. You will also assist in audit preparation, and liaise closely with international office finance teams in Singapore, Korea and others.

What you'll need to succeed
As well being part-qualified - finalist level in your recognised accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with an aim to complete, you will have at least 2-3 years experience in a similar role. You will have a strong month/year end profile, with experience of posting financial statements, supporting with audit both internal and external, as well as working on tax returns for international entities. You will have great communication skills, as you will be dealing with both internal and external stakeholders across multiple sites. Previous experience working with Oracle or Hyperion would a bonus.
