Financial Reporting & Control Manager

Your new company
A large and dynamic service business, with a global presence and strong growth plans for the future are currently looking to recruit a Financial Reporting & Controls Manager based out of the Head Office in Coventry.

Your new role
This is a newly created role you will lead a team of 5 in driving reporting performance across the business along with ensuring effective controls are in place with a particular emphasis on SOX compliance. You will collaborate with the Finance Business Partner team to ensure transparency and accuracy of information from finance into the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be a qualified accountant with experience of working in a financial control environment. You will have advanced Excel skills and the ability to drive decision making through analytical methods. Experience of using a BI tool as a Super User would also be advantageous.
