Finance Business Partner

A high-growth, international software design company is looking to hire a talented business partner to support an exciting business partnering implementation project. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to establish key relationships and embed a business partnering culture in order to support future growth analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with General Managers and Operations Leaders to understand current and to-be models for financial management and performance.
• Provide Financial Planning and Analysis, P&L management guidance, short term risk mitigation and long-term planning support
• Take ownership of improving the level of financial strength and financial inputs to support the decision-making of General Managers and leaders in your partner organizations

Requirements

• Must be degree educated in a numerate subject
• Must be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Must have started career either within the Big 4 or a large commercial graduate scheme.
• Successful experience with as-is and to-be commercial business models is required
• Must be P&L literate, with a significant depth of financial background, including capital management and revenue models
• Must have experience in a similar role partnering with business units to help build financial stability in a business
