Specialising in merger & acquisition related activity; they enjoy excellent working relationships with entrepreneurial businesses, listed corporates and venture capital/private equity organisations across a broad range of key industry sectors.

With an impressive pipeline of deal activity, the firm is committed to maintaining its momentum and are seeking to appoint a high calibre Manager to join their Birmingham team to play a key role in the business moving forward.

The Opportunity

With a strong background in financial forecasting and modelling, you will be managing multiple transactions including MBO's, MBI's, acquisitions and disposals. Working closely with an experienced sector team you will also play a role in business development, pitching for new deals and building a market profile within the investment community; whilst helping to mentor more junior members within the team on more complex and technically demanding assignments. Additional responsibilities will include drafting high quality documents, taking a lead on commercial negotiations and advising clients on operational and commercial matters.
