The Company
Stackhouse Poland is a leading privately owned Insurance Broker.  The Company offers bespoke client service to Private and Commercial clients and Community entities. The company has grown organically and through acquisition and following recent raising of finance has the financial fire-power to continue its highly selective acquisition programme which will aim to acquire and integrate three to four companies a year.

The role:
This is a new role and would suit a talented and ambitious Finance Manager to play a critical role in the acquisition and subsequent integration of acquired businesses.  The role will be a key component of the finance team and will contribute to both the pre and post-acquisition activity.

The role will span financial due diligence and is required to develop an integrations tool kit which enables a structured, effective repeatable processes for future acquisitions and financial integrations.

The role will encompass:

  • Financial due diligence
  • Financial analysis and modelling
  • Financial reporting for all financial aspects of the project
  • Facilitation of solutions which result in rapid integration
  • Project plan production and management of engagement with dependent work streams

Skills/experience/qualification: 

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Proven experience in leading and delivering financial due diligence
  • Experience of working in a changing environment
  • Keen problem solving skills
  • Ability to identify inter-dependencies and facilitate problem resolution
  • Experienced in managing senior stakeholders effectively
  • Self-motivated and delivery orientated
  • Highly effective communication skills
  • Team player

Remuneration:
