Our client based in Newcastle Emlyn is looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis. The role would be Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm 

The ideal candidate;
 
- Will have experience using SAGE accounts (essential)
- Be qualified or part qualified in AAT/ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Have experience using PAYMASTER (preferable)
- Will possess good organisational skills
- Will be a good team player
- Have the ability to cope under pressure.
- Good all-round HR knowledge.
- Will possess good organisational skills
- Strong IT skills working with Microsoft Office.
- Strong administrative skills and experience.
- Be confident dealing with customers in person and over the phone.
- Be driven and have a positive outlook and manner towards others.
- Be happy to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties;

- All aspects of the day to day accounts
- Preparing sales invoices
- Monthly statements
- Allocating receipts to customer accounts
- Chasing outstanding invoices
- Purchases from order through to payment
- Petty cash
- Cash flow projections
- VAT
- Costings
- Utilities contracts
- Hire purchase contracts 
- Liaising with the Company’s Accountants
- Monitoring lateness/absence/sickness
- Calculating hours and processing
- Keeping employee details up to date
- Logging details of absence
- Issuing relevant paperwork/information to employees as and when required by our advisors in Health and Safety and HR.
