Interim Management Accountant

I have been out to meet with my client this morning who are looking for a confident management accountant to help move their business forward and be a part of a very successful finance team for a 3 month assignment.

As part of this large organisation, you will help with the production of management accounts, journals, accruals, prepayments, variance analysis with commentaries budgeting and future forecasts.

You will be looking at the financial performance of an organisation that has grown and continues to do so. You will ensure that business performance continues and highlighting trends and any areas of risk.

Reporting to the Head of Management Accounts, the role will have you going to different areas of the business to ensure their spending is in line with budget. My client is looking for someone who is confident, personable and commercial to support all departments and help the management team to make financial decisions.

Having worked with this client for some time, I found the line managers to be some of the friendliest, most helpful and down to earth people who really want the best from their staff. As a result, you have a happy, determined, social finance team eager to work hard and progress.

My client is looking for a candidate who is Qualified (CIMA /ACA /ACCA). The day rate for this role is £180-£200 per day. Ideally they would like you to come from large environments who are not afraid of a challenge and is happy to roll their sleeves up and focus on the various tasks at hand.
