Commercial Analyst

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an experienced and commercially focused Analyst to work within the group head office function for four of their UK sites.

Reporting to the Group Finance Director, this newly created vacancy has arose due to the increased importance and need for commercial analysis of the business performance and MI reporting to aid the development of business processes and to improve the accuracy of reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities:-

*Production of daily reports to support management in the monitoring of performance
*Production of month end reporting packs and variance analysis
*Building excellent relationships with the Senior Management team
*Key involvement in budgeting and forecasting for each site
*Review of sales proposals and other initiatives to increase sales and profit
*Profitability analysis and challenge of the results
*Daily reporting of KPIs
*Monthly reporting of numbers and variance analysis for Management
*High quality analytical review of all numbers relevant to the channel
*Margin management (seeking to maximise GP)
*Challenging Management on performance trends and business opportunities
*Provision of reliable, accurate and timely information

To be considered for this role you MUST have the following skills:-

*ACCA/ CIMA Qualified
*Excellent analytical skills
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
*Ability to communicate and work with senior management staff
