Management Accountant

Spalding: Lincolnshire: - The One Group have been engaged by a progressive, expanding business to recruit a Management Accountant for their head office.
Reporting to a supportive Head of Finance, you will have a strong mentor that will allow you the freedom to initiate your own ideas.

The position is broad and varied and is likely to develop further over the coming 12 months.

Key duties include:

- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Maintenance of fixed asset register
- Management of the purchase ledger via managing one member of staff
- Variance analysis and associated commentary to improve business decision making
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Play an active part in the implementation of a new ERP finance system
- Adhoc projects

Suitable applicants will be CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified/ finalist/ part qualified accountants, with the hunger to learn.
The role would suit an applicant looking to take a step up in responsibility, or someone looking to diversify their core skills.
