Robertson Bell Finance are working closely with a fantastic UK based Charity, looking for an interim Finance Officer to join their small but capable team. The role is based in central London and is a set to last three to six months with the chance of going permanent.
The responsibilities are as follows,
*Working closely with the Finance Manager to cover all aspects of income collection, including invoicing, petty cash and banking.
*Reviewing the team processes and procedures.
*Analysing income and debtors to in an accurate and timely manner.
*Taking overall responsibility for cash management within the organisation.
*Posting rent charges on a weekly basis and posting payments received on relevant accounts including BACS payments.
The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator and thrive when working within a team. You must have extensive, recent experience working with cash, income, BACS and bank reconciliations. You will be a highly motivated individual with the ability to hit the ground running.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to go permanent however you must be immediately available or on a one-week notice period.
