CFO

My client, a Private Equity (PE) backed leader in the consulting and recruitment services sector is looking to hire an experienced CFO, who will be a key member of the executive management team, sitting on the board and reporting to the CEO.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing the vison for Finance and deliver and lead a best-in-class finance capability
• Building a robust control framework, and creating incisive financial budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis
• Driving the culture of efficient cash and working capital management
• Maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally, with investors, advisors, banks as well as operational management and the Board
• Developing the analytical capability of the function and the organisation, using the significant data available to enhance learning, drive decision making and help to shape future strategy
• Play a broad role beyond finance and take operational and commercial responsibility including Operations, Business Development, Property and IT
• Evaluating, acquiring and integrating potential acquisition targets

The Person;

• Qualified Accountant 
• Experience in the consulting or recruitment services sectors
• Experience of time billing, pricing, and revenue recognition in a professional services business
• Played a lead role in a Private Equity exit
