Reporting to the Head of Finance you will join an energetic and young management team, in a business that regularly wins awards.
We are already London’s leading recycling company with over 12,000 customers regularly buying our services. With ambitious plans to expand further; this is an exciting fast paced environment, requiring an equally agile leadership team.
You and the Role
You will lead and mentor the finance team to achieve a smooth, accurate and high performing service to the business. Your provision of effective and accurate financial reporting will support key stakeholders in making commercially sound business decisions, and provide robust control within the business
You will prepare the management accounts and all associated financial activities of the company, and will support the head of finance with the budgeting process, financial modelling, analysis and ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Able to lead at an operational level, this role offers a great career path as you will be required to deputise the Head of Finance where required.

To succeed in this role you will:
- Have a strong commercial acumen, and understand the importance of robust Financial Control.
- Demonstrate experience successfully managing a Finance team.
- A proven ability to produce timely and accurate management accounts
- The ability to analyse and understand data, identifying trends and information quickly and provide robust recommendation to the business
- High attention to detail
- Educated to degree standard
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA fully qualified
Remuneration
Your salary will circa £50,000 negotiable on experience. There will be 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) and pension contributions.
