Group Insurance Manager
England, Wiltshire, Malmesbury
Being the Group's subject matter expert on and point of contact for the global insurance programme, including efficient management of:
- the annual renewal process;
- ad-hoc queries from the business;
- new and enhanced cover requirements;
- claims and settlement in the best interests of Dyson; and
- the insurance information repository
- Continually evolving the insurance programme and ensuring it is fit for purpose for the size, scale and nature of the Dyson Group; that insurable risks are understood; that any pre-conditions of cover are met; and that Dyson receives value for money
- Creation and maintenance of guidance and training to support the business in all aspects of insurance
- Managing the Group's relationship with its brokers and insurers; assessment of their performance; and ensuring that Dyson receives value for money
- Assistance, where required, with reporting to the CFO, Board, Risk and Audit Committees; and embedding the approach to risk management
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or equivalent from a recognised institution
- Relevant insurance qualification e. Certificate in Insurance or equivalent

Previous experience of working with brokers and insurers on global programmes, including in respect of claims, is essential, preferably in a large and international engineering / consumer products business. Experience of corporate risk management approaches is also desirable.
