Chief Financial Officer

The Consultancy Group are currently recruiting a CFO for a fast-growth Media Agency based in London. Reporting to the Chief Executive and Managing Director, the CFO will deliver Commercial Leadership and Financial Control. As CFO the role will deliver commercial added value to the business whilst sharing commercial and financial knowledge with both finance and non-finance heads, increasing commercial acumen across the business.

Duties include;

• Supporting the Chief Executive and Managing Director and taking a key role in all client negotiations and contractual terms.
• Drive profitability and insightful analysis whilst identifying growth opportunities
• Provide financial leadership and senior level business partnering
• Proactively look to continuously improve the business
• Build and enhance relationships with clients and procurement teams
• Ensure all statutory deadlines are adhered to whilst delivering comprehensive management information
• Work closely with the Board to develop the company's strategy for growth
• Lead and develop the finance team

The successful candidate will be a proven financial leader and have demonstrable experience of delivering profitable growth whilst contributing towards the strategy of an organisation. They will have extensive experience gained within an Agency or similar labour orientated organization.
