CFO

Our client is a disruptive operator in the Tech/ Utilities sector.  The business is still young but is enjoying unprecedented growth at over 100% per year which is set to continue culminating in some form of corporate transaction within the next 2-3 years.

The business is looking to hire a CFO to join the leadership team helping to help drive the financial strategy and support the rapid growth of the organisation.

Key responsibilities are:

• All day to day management of the Finance function including internal and external audit and credit control
• Investor Relations
• Treasury, Tax and Compliance
• strategic fundraising and M&A

Most important is the ability to work effectively in a fast growing entrepreneurial led organisation with the skill set and experience to produce, analyse and interpret financial information - thus adding value to strategic and commercial decision making, and really make a positive and visible impact to the senior management team culminating in leading some form of successful exit.

The successful candidate must have intellectual breadth with previous stand alone CFO experience as well as a demonstrable track record leading a period of significant growth ideally in a privately owned or PE backed organisation which has undergone some kind of fundraising or corporate transaction.
