FP&A Manager

Our client is a sizeable PE backed business with ambitious growth plans. Reporting to the Director of FP&A key responsibilities will include -

• Build strong relationships across Finance and business functions. This role would suit an engaging and inquisitive professional, motivated by delivering high quality business insights and influencing change.
• Assist in the development and delivery of regular Management Information, including that board and executive meetings.
• Contribute to the development of the business intelligence database, ensuring that data capture and interface aligns to the organisation’s FP&A needs.
• Develop analysis and proposals to support business development and efficiencies. Utilise data to identify trends and opportunities that can be actioned.
• Build a broad library of relevant key performance metrics across the business.
• Assist in the development of timely, accurate and flexible forecasting, and ongoing development of the annual and long term planning process.
• Assist the Director of FP&A / CFO on ad-hoc requests as required.

You will be a Qualified Accountant with a commercial finance background gained from a larger organisation. You will have exceptional presentation skills and be comfortable in working with stakeholders at all levels, as well as working with detailed datasets.
