Our client is a rapidly expanding hospitality business. With recent private equity backing the plan is to expand internationally over the next 2 to 3 years. This role will play an integral part in supporting new investments. Reporting to the Finance Director key responsibilities will include –
- Ownership and building of financial models for new site acquisitions
- Financial analysis of existing and prospective sites
- Supporting due diligence for target sites/ Companies
- Investment Committee reporting preparation
Key Requirements –
- Qualified Accountant (likely ACA)
- Experience of working for a business with an international footprint
- An understanding of real estate appraisal and valuation methods would be an advantage (ideally hotels)
- An understanding of construction costing and models
- Experience of due diligence and debt funding
- It would be beneficial for you to have worked for a Private Equity investor or PE backed portfolio business
