Planning and Performance

Our client, a listed international is seeking a Planning and Performance individual in West London. Reporting into the Head of FP&A, this individual will play a pivotal part in tracking and driving business performance across the Group. 

Responsibilities:

• Working with the business and FP&A team building models, analysing data, monitoring the key financial and operational levers to deliver targeted performance
• Delivering insightful presentations that guide the performance dialogue of the leadership teams
• Contributing to the creation of medium-term plan process
• Support the conceptual implementation of continuously improving budget process
• Contribute to the delivery of quality forecasting and monthly performance tracking

Candidate Profile:

• Educated degree level finance professional (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) qualified
• Expert-level analytical and financial modelling skills
• Excellent skills in building charts, presentations and reporting writing
• Experience of planning and performance management and ideally a solid understanding of a plc at Group level or could be still in practice
• Business awareness and commercial interest gained from experience in a large corporate

Package: paying between £55,000 to £65,000 plus package
