Axon Moore has been engaged to recruit a management accountant for a rapidly expanding business based in Cheshire. Following a successful year with some key developments the business is looking to expand on its success in 2018.
You will report direct into the finance manager and take responsibility for the monthly management accounts. Offering senior stakeholder exposure from day one, this role offers a clear progression path to finance manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for the monthly management accounts
- Assist in implementation of new system across the business
- Revenue analysis and variance analysis
- Provision of MI for the benefit of senior stakeholders
- Liaison with auditors and provision of audit information
- Completion of regulatory returns
- Management of internal procurement process
The ideal candidate will be:
- A qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
- Highly organised and hold a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in excel (V-lookup, pivot tables etc.)
- A team player and able to work collaboratively
- Ambitious and keen to learn
- Personable with an engaging personality
