Chief Financial Officer

A successful PE backed multi-site consumer focused business of scale is seeking an ambitious and intellectual Chief Financial Officer to lead the business through their continued growth trajectory and take them through a successful exit.

You will be highly focused on cash flow and be able to effectively manage banking relationships in a leveraged environment with a consistent eye on growth opportunities. You will also be working closely with the private equity backers to create value across the business and provide comprehensive reporting as well as strategic insight.

The business has an exciting growth journey planned organically within the business and are also forecasting a significant involvement in M&A with a vision for an upcoming successful exit. Therefore, they are seeking a Chief Financial officer with strong growth experience and someone who understands how to identify and capitalize on opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACMA, ACCA), preferably Chartered, and have a proven track record in a multi-site leveraged environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven CFO to take ownership and progress the finance team, processes, and systems as required.
