With an International presence, they have recently secured a record amount of funding to help execute current projects and have created a strong brand in the Real Estate marketplace. Your new role
Your Group Financial Controller role will report into the Board of this business and take a lead on all financial reporting for the Group's UK activities. This is a broad, hands on Group Financial Controller role, and with the company having recently set up in the UK it will be important to initially improve the existing operational performance of the business. Elements of cash flow, tax and cost management also supplement the day to day management reporting. From there, delivering presentations to the Board analysing the results of historical financial performance to improve future profitability will be key, as will partnering with a number of external stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA qualified and accumulated a broad technical reporting understanding having trained within an Audit Practice. Confident and professional interpersonal skills will come naturally to you to deal with a range of senior professional stakeholders in and out of the office.
