I am supporting my client, a very well established and consistently growing market leader as they require additional support within their billings team. This role will suit somebody who has excellent communication skills, is customer focused yet has the ability to maintain a high degree of attention to detail and work to target in a fast paced role.

Job Description:

• Development of billing process for multiple business streams
• Providing billing services for a high volume of customers across the UK
• Generating invoices for numerous customers - adapting to individual service plans
• Liaising with internal departments such as credit control and customer service to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Management of any associated billing query resolution in a timely manner
• Carrying out day to day operations of the department to deliver the highest level of service
• Ensuring that unbilled accounts are kept to a minimum
• Assisting with reporting for the billing manager
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external business stakeholders
• Support with steam-lining and improving business processes

Requirements:

• Strong Excel skills ( V look ups and pivot tables as a pre requisite)
• Experience in a customer focused/ service related role
• Excellent telephone and communication skills
• Experience of billings and invoicing processes
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Professional and motivated approach
• Applicants should ideally be able to start on a reduced notice period - However my client will consider applicants on a 4 week notice period
