Part-Time Bookkeeping position (3 days a week) has become available in Reigate, Surrey for a company operating in the Travel sector. An independent and varied position involving day to day bookkeeper duties as well as a number of administrative tasks involved with the general running of the business. Knowledge of foreign VAT is highly advantageous and candidates must have previous bookkeeping experience within a stable career history to date. As well as high flexibility on hours across the 3 days, this position also benefits from working within a small friendly team environment with a competitive salary and rewarding benefits.

Duties will include:

  • Purchase, sales and general ledger maintenance
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Credit control
  • High volume VAT returns
  • Cash-flow management
  • Adhoc finance duties as and when required


Skills required:

  • Solid bookkeeping experience
  • Good IT skills including Word and Excel
  • Sage Line 50 Knowledge
  • Organised, proactive and able to work on own initiative
