Wade Macdonald is currently recruiting an Audit & Accounts Senior for a well-known and growing Accounting practice based in Southampton. The Practice takes pride in its people development and endeavours to provide an empowering and supportive work environment. The Audit & Accounts Senior / Semi Senior role will allow access to a diverse client portfolio.
This is an ideal opportunity for an Audit & Accounts Senior / Semi Senior who would like to gain access to a diverse client base and an interesting mix of work. The Audit Senior Job will be roughly 60% audit biased, but requires someone with the necessary accounting skills to also complete some general compliance based work.
The main responsibilities include:
Reporting directly to the Audit partner and carrying out audit work from planning to completion.
Accounts preparation for Limited companies.
Taking full responsibility for the day to day audit process.
Proactively supporting Directors.
Personal Attributes required:
ACCA/ACA qualified or part qualified accountant working in a public practice accountancy firm.
Dynamic, intelligent, confidence.
Excellent communication skills.
Willingness to listen and learn.
