SENIOR FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT TEMP £250pd - £350pd SLOUGH

Wade Macdonald is excited to be supporting our client in their search for a Senior Financial Accountant. The Senior Financial Accountant will be required to close month end, quarter end and year end for a specific region within EMEA. The ideal candidate will have experience of inventory accounting as well as standard cost accounting. You will have worked in an EMEA capacity and have dealt with royalty accounting. The role would suit a practice trained accountant that has audited similar industry clients or an individual that has worked within Manufacturing or FMCG.

In order to be considered for the role the following are an absolute pre-requisite:

ACA (ICAEW)/ACCA/CIMA Qualified

Experience of working within Manufacturing or FMCG (Ideally both)

Strong technical accounting experience as well as commercially astute

Proven experience in preparing statutory accounts for a multi-national company

Proven and evident experience of financial accounting and reporting for a company with a turnover in excess of £50million

Experience of working in one or more of the following UKGAAP/USGAAP/ESGAAP/ITGAAP with a good solid understanding of their Taxation.

Excellent verbal and written English, strong communication skills, ideally with an additional European language

Ability to work to strict deadlines and in a high pressured environment
