Client/ Team Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of accounts semi-senior and seniors in the preparation of accounts, corporation tax, personal tax and tax planning duties
• Meeting clients to discuss their accounts and general tax planning and business advice.
• Preparation of VAR returns, management accounts, business plans and cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure that deadlines are met, bills are raised whilst monitoring profitability of work.
• Ensure that all accounts, corporation tax, personal tax and VAT returns are prepared and submitted within deadline
• Monitor staff to ensure that bills are invoiced and work is profitable and to a high standard
• First point of contact for clients.
• General staff management and acting as a counsellor for students.
• Providing training to members of team to ensure their professional development

Person Spec

• Providing training to members of team to ensure their professional development
• Qualified Accountant with at least 5 years practice background
