Head of FP&A

Your new company
An innovative, high growth insurance broker is looking to hire a Head of FP&A to join the London City finance function. The business has won a number of awards for its entrepreneurial flair and fantastic working environment and presents an excellent opportunity to combine a commercial role with a forward thinking business.

Your new role
Reporting into the Finance Director this role has responsibility for leading the planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles for the business, partnering with the FD, CEO and other senior stakeholders to support the senior management team in making business decisions and delivering on strategic objectives. The role will be leading and challenging commercial decisions within the business and driving performance improvements with the aim of increasing revenue.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with significant post qualified experience in a similar commercially focused FP&A role. You will need strong stakeholder management experience and previous staff management experience.
