Duties and responsibilities of the Finance Administrator include:
- Undertake finance and other general administration duties
- Managing post and deliveries
- Data entry
- Filing and organisation of office paperwork
- Assisting with the preparation, inputting of accounts payable invoices
- Supporting the finance department as and when required
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office Package including Excel
- GCSEs in Maths & English (A-C)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
