CFO – Professional Services

Our client is an international professional services company who provide Consulting services and professionals to SME and corporate businesses. This niche market operator has grown organically and with recent Private Equity investment they are poised for the next exciting stage of development, maximising growth opportunities.

As CFO, a member of the Board reporting to the CEO you will be fully responsible for Accounting and Finance, HR and IT managing the growth of the company and helping prepare for a successful exit.

The role will encompass Finance and Operations, Strategy and Planning, Board Participation, Regulatory and Statutory.

Candidates will be:

• qualified Accountants with experience of working in a private equity backed business in the B2B support services sector
• have a track record of being able to understand a business model quickly making a tangible difference to financial performance in a short time
• have experience of enhancing and improving Controls, Processes providing PE quality Management Information including implementation of KPI’s
• Be able to work as a trusted partner alongside the CEO.
• Professionally mature with integrity.

You will have taken a company through an exit process and want to bring your drive, motivation and drive and motivation to take this business to a successful exit.
