Senior Audit Manager

About You

• The successful candidate will be an ACA or ACCA qualified Audit Manager with significant Managerial experience and seeking their next step.
• You may be seeking a role where your experience and remuneration will will reflect the challenging portfolio you will be responsible for.
• You will be seeking a role offering responsibility – both for a client portfolio and dedicated team. 

About The Role

• You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients of circa 500-800k and will report directly to the Audit Partner.
• Your client portfolio will be varied with turnovers from £10-100m.
• You will play an active part in the management and development of the Audit team.

You may wish to also be involved in business development opportunities. Duties will include:

• Planning the audit work and implementing that plan, 
• Identifying key issues.
• Planning staffing requirements for audits.
• Review of complex statutory accounts work undertaken by your team.
• Create Management letters at the completion of the audit.
• Attend audit completion meetings
• To coach and develop junior team members.
