Our client based in Wembley, are looking to recruit a commercially astute, yet hands on Group Controller to head up its function and provide commercial support to the Managing Director.
- Lead and develop the finance team, build financial processes for the business, prepare Management Accounts and review cash flow
- Present and make commercial recommendations on a monthly basis to the Board, working on 5 year strategic plans, growth models and performance tracking
- Partner with the Operations team to lead the business to success, driving exceptional performance and identifying efficiencies across the Group
- Work closely with Banks, providing quarterly financial covenants analysis and reporting
You are ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, experienced at leading finance teams, improving controls, supporting the rest of the leadership team and advising and supporting the operations
