My client is seeking to recruit a hands on Finance Manager for their highly successful business based in Exmouth. You will be an energetic commercially orientated finance person, with several years' experience. You will have strong software skills including: MS Office, Excel, Word and Outlook. In addition, you must have a high attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to plan ahead and display a considerable amount of tact and discretion in working within a small office team. Salary £30-£40,000 depending on relevant experience and qualification. ( free parking) More specific duties include:
- Budgeting
- Forecasting
- Bank reconciliations
- Monitor incoming receipts and outgoing payments
- Cash receipts/banking
- Cheque runs
- Debt chasing / recovery
- VAT Returns
- Monitor and analyse accounting data to produce financial reports or statements as required
- Provide completed accounts to external accountants for audit purposes and liaise with them throughout the year as necessary
