Chief Financial Officer

An international PE Backed tech-enabled business is seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer to drive financial performance and capitalise on future growth opportunities within the UK and extensively overseas.

The role requires a commercially focused CFO with excellent communication and relationship building skills as you work closely with the board and PE backers to drive the businesses strategy and manage the banking relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a background in technology, or a tech enabled business, with a strong track record with M&A and extensive experience in an international business. One of the main focuses of the role will be commercialising the business and reviewing current systems, controls, and processes continuously to provide a platform for the future expansion of the business.
