Hyperion Transformation Manager

Extremely rare opportunity has come up to join a FTSE 100 company based in Central London.

You will be part of the wider business transformation, the company is transforming its current Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting processes, policies and supporting systems.

This role will include a massive global implementation of Hyperion, across a user base of approximately 400 people and multiple countries.

Your responsibilities will include; managing the end to end change, communications, and training plan. This will involve development of the change plan, conducting change impact assessment workshops, development of business readiness plans and working closely with the Training and Communications team, as well as the business users to embed the new ways of working.

Requirements:
● Extensive experience as a change manager on large scale system implementations, at least 2 full life-cycles, preferably with Oracle or SAP
● Proven ability to deliver large scale complex change on a previous Hyperion Planning programme
● Extensive experience of working with Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting processes and understanding their interdependencies with the wider Finance processes
● Experience of working on global projects and managing a wide cross-section of local and international stakeholders
● Experience of assessing change impacts from solution or business requirements and / or change requests to quickly create a practical change management plan
● Expert understanding of change management approaches in ERP transformation
● Experience delivering change activities across the full implementation lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, support)
● Experience effectively managing conflict and challenge
● Excellent project management, planning and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
● A track record of building, maintaining and managing strong relationships within an international business and across many different stakeholder groups.
