Finance Manager

I am currently working exclusively with a fintech organisation located in North Wiltshire to recruit a savvy Finance Manager with post qualifying experience.

Reporting to the Head of Finance and being part of a much larger team, you will manage a team of 3 and will be responsible for the treasury and tax functions to include the UK Statutory Accounts.

Your technical expertise must include working knowledge of VAT, Corporation Tax, P11D and PSA, plus calculation and monitoring of the groups working capital position, and the improvement and development of forecasting models.

As well as holding post qualifying experience with ACCA, CIMA or ACA, you must have advanced Excel skills, a high attention to the detail, proven staff leadership through a motivational and inspiring management style.

You must also have previous experience of producing and developing cash flow models, gained from a large volume transactional business and ideally you will have experience of working within a business that has a finance team of at least 15 people and an overall headcount of 100+ to be able to thrive culturally and organisationally within this company environment.
