A world leading Technology company, focusing on the use of processes and controls to allow their clients to drive efficiency is looking to hire a Finance Manager to help support the team as it goes through unprecedented growth.
The finance team in the UK is quite lean, with a lot of the function being off-shore currently. As such, the team are now looking for you to come on board to support the Head of Finance on a day-to-day basis.
Your new role
As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for a lot of commercially focused work, including the cash flow forecasting, business partnering with the sales teams to review their cost base, and ensuring that the business process and controls are maintained and robust.
In this role, you will also be responsible for 2 direct reports, and therefore ensuring that they are kept motivated, and able to develop to their potential.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a fully qualified accountant, and this role is likely to suit someone practice trained, now in industry and looking for a second move.
You will also need to be technically strong and be able to partner effectively with the non-finance functions within the business to advise them on financial matters.
What you'll get in return
You will be rewarded with a salary of circa £65,000 in this role, as well as an excellent benefits package including quarterly incentive trips, and private medical cover.
There will be 2 direct reports in this role, one Newly Qualified, and one non-qualified. This provides an excellent opportunity to develop your management skills, in a broad role which will also develop your wider skill set.
