Interim Payroll Implementation Consultant

Based in London, our client is an expanding company looking for an Interim Payroll Implementation Consultant to join their team.

Leading technology business, my client requires an Interim Payroll Implementation Consultant to join them on an immediate basis for a contract initially due to the wide scale change required. This business has a great culture of empowering staff and giving ownership of your own workload and autonomy to make decisions.

You will be responsible for the successful management of the Payroll system transition. Leading the project team you will define the changes required ensure the implementation plan remains on target, working very closely with the HR, Payroll, IS and IT teams to identify the impact of any changes on the HR & Payroll processes and systems.

Duties will include:

  • Payroll system implementation exposure
  • Strong Project Management expertise and/or a Project Management qualification (e. PRINCE2, PMI)
  • prior knowledge of an outsourced payroll or more specifically bringing a payroll in-house
  • knowledge of processing payroll from start to finish
  • Good communicator
  • Attention to detail
