Head of Finance

An excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking, fast growing charity in a Number Two finance position.

Reporting to the CFO, this will be an influential role that will work closely with the Senior Management Team, ensuring that financial strategies are compliant with accounting regulations. Looking after a large team, this will be a diverse role that will take ownership of the statutory and management accounts, including cash flows and forecasting. You will also drive efficiency improvements in controls and actively contribute towards transformation change. Due to the fact this role manages the accounts function, you will have the opportunity to improve the performance and growth of property assets, IT and payroll.     

You will be a qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) who feels comfortable taking a leadership position, helping to develop the skills of your team. You will have technically sound accounting knowledge and a commercial edge that will allow you to drive performance through financial modelling.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who are looking for an individual who can be moulded next CFO. The client is open to bringing someone on board on either a full time or part time basis, depending on experience.
