Partner

We are currently working with a highly regarded Top 20 practice which has ambitious growth plans to develop the firm in London and the South East and further strengthen its reputation and presence within the OMB and SME market.

As such it is looking for ambitious and talented Partners with proven Audit and Accounting, Tax or General Practice expertise who are looking to further develop their career within a true Partnership environment that will offer all the support and infrastructure required for their success.

Proven client handling and business development skills should be matched by the desire to be a genuine business adviser to a wide range of clients from smaller OMBs to large private groups and AIM listed businesses. The firm would particularly welcome individuals with expertise within Property, Media or Not for Profit although a mixed portfolio can be provided if preferred.

The firm is large enough to be able to offer all the specialist services, International network, and investment in technology that a client may need whilst still maintaining a highly personal Partner led approach to client work.

The successful candidate is likely to be an existing Partner, ideally with some fee following, with proven business development skills who is frustrated by the lack of support or reward in their current role. Director’s or Senior Managers from larger Top 20 practices who are looking for their first Partnership role may also be considered if they demonstrate the necessary work winning ability.

In addition to the growth plans of the firm there are also some succession issues meaning that any fees that a Partner is able to bring across or generate could be supplemented by existing clients of the firm.

Opportunities exist both in Central London and the Home Counties.
