Interim CFO

We are currently recruiting an interim CFO role for a UK headquartered, PE backed business with both B2B and B2C offerings. Having completed a number of successful acquisitions, the business are looking to complete a refinancing to fund the next stage of extensive growth. The interim role will last 3-6 month period with a day rate of £1250, negotiable dependent on experience.

Working with the CFO, CEO and PE owners you will assist on the refinancing including presenting to the banks alongside the senior management team. Upon completion you will rebuild the 5 year plan and model, feeding into the budget. This is an interesting opportunity to work with an impressive business with revenues of c£500m, who are highly profitable.

The ideal candidate will be a career interim, with extensive experience in delivering refinances within private equity backed businesses. You will have strong experience around stakeholder management, understanding of cash management, dealing with investors and due to the nature of this assignment, be available immediately.
