Head of FP&A

My client, a property business based in Central London, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of FP&A. The business has a successful niche in the market, providing their clients with a unique offering both in the UK and abroad. They have ambitious plans to grow over the coming years, and are looking for a highly commercial finance professional to drive the business forward. The successful candidate will:

• Report directly into the CFO and working closely with senior management to ensure the continued commercial success of the business
• Lead the 5/10 year planning for each business unit and the group function
• Liaise with colleagues across the business to ensure accurate business modelling
• Work with the C-Suite executives to ensure all KPIs/Metrics are accurate
• Be involved in the production of presentation material for stakeholders/banks
• Other ad hoc duties as required

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA preferred) with high levels of experience leading commercial finance teams. You will have relevant sector experience (property/business serves) within a PLC environment, and first-rate communication and presentation skills. There is a base salary of circa £110k on offer, with a generous package on top.
