Axon Moore is currently recruiting for a successful company in Trafford Park who are looking for a Payroll Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis.
This role will report into the Payroll Manager and will be responsible for supporting the delivery of all transactional payroll activities.
Duties:
• Processing high volumes of payroll data
• Manage all work schedules, reports
• Ensure time and attendance data is inputted correctly within agreed timescales
• Validate payroll entries using reports
• Query resolution – internal and external
• Knowledge of statutory legal requirements
• Proven experience of processing high volumes of payroll data accurately
• Ability to analyse numerical and statistical information
• Enter starters/ leavers information
• Prepare imports for holiday and other expenses
• Support the HR Operations Team, with TUPE, redundancy and relevant projects
• Ensure that accurate records are kept in line with Data Protection
Person Specification:
• Proven experience of processing high volumes of payroll data accurately
• Proven experience of processing all statutory payroll elements
• Proven experience of manual calculation
• CIPP or equivalent qualification
• Excellent excel
• Proven multi-tasking experience in a fast paced environment
