A world leader in manufacturing is looking for a Financial Accountant to produce timely, relevant and reliable financial & management information to satisfy the statutory and internal reporting requirements of the treasury entity.
The role will sit within the UK finance team and will take responsibility for all entity accounting. This role offers an immense amount of autonomy within a highly collaborative environment. Demonstrable technical financial and statutory accounting skills are essential along with the ability to build productive internal stakeholder relationships specifically tax and treasury functions.
Key skills required include, the production of statutory accounts and related reporting in line with IFRS; the ability to support group reporting, tax and treasury; preparation of monthly management reporting packs; monthly reconciliations; preparation of annual budget and forecast for all entities; completion of VAT returns and associated tax analysis.
The successful candidate will be CCAB qualified, with financial and statutory accounting experience, sound Excel and strong ERP systems skills and the ability to network and collaborate internally.
